Mother’s Day DIY Ideas
Need a gift for mother’s day? It’s always hard to know what to give your mom for mother’s day and even though you might be older- I still believe she would LOVE something handmade from you. Like when you made those plaster wall hanging with your hand-prints and seashells in it, or coasters that you weaved out of those looms.. anybody remember this stuff? (disclaimer: I grew up in the 80s). Here are a few DIY ideas that I think might be perfect for your mom:

A Custom Door Mat@ Apartment Therapy
How About Orange had some great DIY felt Projects on her blog this weekend! Like this tea cup pin cushion…

Happy Mother’s Day DIY!

Very cute ideas. I didn’t quite do anything on my own this year, but I did buy gifts for the mom and mother in law from etsy. So at least they are DIY from somewhere!
Hey – great ideas! I love the doormat especially! And the mirror turned chalkboard.
The invites – I made them using Microsoft Publisher, then printed them on cardstock at home. You just need to make sure you allow enough room at the top for the ribbon.
